Ikiya launched her business during Covid, when couples were reimagining what weddings could look like. She quickly found success, but her DIY website didn’t match the polish of the events she was producing. As the business grew, she also wanted to position herself for long-term sustainability with a brand that reflected her expertise and created room to scale.

While her work was elevated, her brand presence was not. The existing site looked homemade, and it didn’t communicate the level of care, detail, and professionalism that couples experienced once they worked with her. She also lacked a scalable model for serving more clients without overextending herself, and her pricing structure needed to reflect the true value of her services.

Solution:

Our strategy sessions uncovered a few key challenges holding Ikiya back. Because her weddings are so high touch, she only had capacity to take on twelve per year. That limited both her income and her ability to grow. While she was attracting qualified inquiries, she had no way to capture or nurture softer leads who weren’t ready to commit yet. And our competitive analysis revealed that she was significantly underpriced for her target market, which made it harder to position herself as the luxury planner she truly is.

  • Creating a refined brand identity and logo with luxury elements and subtle nods to Cinderella, combining elegant script fonts with custom illustrations to bring her storybook vision to life.
