TCTAC originally existed as a small section inside the larger WE ACT website. As the program expanded, this structure held it back. Community partners could not easily find training or events, information was scattered, and the program did not have a brand identity of its own. To support the scale of their services, TCTAC needed a standalone identity and a website built for clarity, education, and access.
The old setup did not communicate the scale or purpose of the program. Users could not quickly understand what TCTAC offered or how to get support. The navigation was confusing, messaging was diluted by the larger site, and staff were managing registrations and training access manually. TCTAC needed a platform that could clearly explain its mission, guide users to the right resources, and connect seamlessly to its learning management system.
During discovery we identified one central insight. The program needed a digital experience that removed friction for nonprofits rather than adding to it. Clarity, fast access, and clear pathways were the priority.
TCTAC now has a dedicated digital home that matches the scale of its mission. Community partners can locate regional support, register for training, access the LMS, and stay connected to upcoming events without confusion. The team benefits from streamlined operations and a platform that can grow with the program. The new site positions TCTAC as a trusted, well organized technical assistance center that nonprofits can rely on for guidance and capacity building.
